西部新建师范学院的办学思考

摘　　要：90年代末期到现在短短的10年左右时间,教育部批准西部新建师范学院数10所,他们已经成为西部地区高等教育从精英教育到大众教育过渡的新生力量。根据西部的特点,我们应该对西部新建师范学院的办学定位,专科向本科教育的过渡以及西部新建师范学院迎接普通高校本科教学评估中应该注意的问题提出自己的思考。Ten Normal Colleges, authorized by the Ministry of Education of China, have been built in West-China since the end of 1990s. They have become the new elements from 'elite education' to 'civilian education' in West-China. Thoughts on normal college education of this kind should be proposed from the following points, i.e., the orientation of building new normal colleges in West-China; the transition from the technological academy to comprehensive universities; the problems existing in the teaching evaluation for colleges and universities.
