摘　　要：企业职工培训是职业教育的重要组成部分,职业院校是我国职业教育的主干力量,开展职工培训将促使职业院校适应市场需求,有利于建立“双师型”教师队伍,有利于达到校企互利双赢的目的。职业院校应从建立培训信息网络,适应企业职工培训的实际需求,加强培训管理,加强与企业的科研合作等方面入手,积极主动地开展职工培训,确保培训质量,在办好职工培训的同时使职业院校自身发展壮大。Training of enterprise staff is an important part of vocational education, and vocational colleges are the main forces in China's vocational education. First, training of staff will enhance vocational colleges suit the needs of market and build up teaching staff with two professional posts so as to get the goal of two win. Second, to develop staff training, vocational colleges should start with the following ways: establishing information networks to meet the needs of staff training, strengthening training management and enhancing study cooperation with enterprises to guarantee training quality, at the time of running, enlarging and developing vocational colleges themselves.
