摘 要:本文通过对液化石油气性质的分析及其植物油料浸出机理的研究,阐明了液化石油气浸出植物油料的工艺原理和流程,通过模拟工业化生产的小型试验证实了液化石油气浸出油脂的可行性和优越性,确定了液化石油气浸出油脂的最佳工艺条件;在小试基础上,我们投资150万元建成了20t/d中试厂,实现了液化石油气浸出油脂的工业化生产。液化石油浸出方法不但实现了低温脱溶、高含油料直接浸出、贵重油料(如小麦胚芽)保质浸出,而且在能源消耗方面较目前的浸出方法也有大幅度降低。液化石油气的主要成份是3碳和4碳烃,且以4烃(丁烷)为主。In this paper, the technological principle and process are expounded through analyeing thecharacter of liquefied petroleum gas(LPG)and studying the mechanism of oil extraction from vegetableoilseeds as well. The feasibility and advantage of the solvent extraction with LFG have been confirmed by i-matating industrial production in small-scale tests and the optimal tecanologecal conditione have been deter-mined. On the basis of the test results,1.5million yuan (RMB)has been invested in building a pilot plant witha processing capacity of 20T oilseeds each day.Thus industrial production of oil by way of extractiOn withLPG has been realized.The process not only achieves desolventizaton in low temperature,direct solventeatraction from oilrich geeds and quality extraction from valuable oil sources such as wheet germs,but alsoconsumes much less energy than other extractions currently in use. LPG is mainly composed of tricarbon and tetrahydrocarbon, with the latter (butane)as the chief element.
