摘　　要：在技术进步日新月异的信息时代,个人知识的系统高效管理已经成为知识经济发展的必需。本文探讨了个人知识管理的基本概念和主要内容,着重介绍如何利用先进的信息技术工具辅助个人知识管理,最终实现个人知识管理系统的构架。With the fast development of technology in the changing age, it’s very important to manage personal knowledge systematically and effectively. This paper discusses some basic concepts and main contents on PKM, and further discusses how to facilitate PKM with advanced information technology tools. This paper ends with the realization of the frame of PKMS.
