摘　　要：本文对图像处理技术的概念、特点、构成进行了概述。对现有的经典图像分割和识别方法进行了剖析,对比了使用不同边缘检测方法对理想情况下(未加噪声)的图像进行了液位识别和液面高度的提取,并对加入均值为零方差不同的高斯噪声的图像使用了同样的边缘检测方法进行液位识别和液面高度的提取。This paper simply describes the conception、character、composition of the image processing, also analyzes the methods of image partition and recognition that has already exist. Using different typical methods of the liquid position recognition and distillation in dealing with that there is no noise. Then added Gauss noise in the image whose average is zero and the variance is different. Also uses the edge detection method upward complete the recognition and the distillation of the liquid position.
