摘　　要：本文针对食品工业中常遇到的几种搅拌类型，分析了其搅拌过程的特点及要求。根据两种类型的搅拌器──径向流式叶轮搅拌器和轴流式叶轮搅拌器的搅拌特性，提出了选择设计搅拌器的方法。This paper analyzed the characteristics and requirements of the agitating process of the common agitating types in food industry. According to the two types of agitator- radial flow turbines and axial flow turbines and their agitating properties, it put forward the methods of selecting and designig agitators correctly.
