摘　　要：随着我国市场经济的建立和教育体制的改革，学分制这一教学管理体制已开始引起人们广泛的关注。结合国内外有关理论和北京体育大学管理系试行学分制的实践，对学分制的内容、特点和绩效进行探讨，并证明学分制较之学年制是一种更为灵活、富有弹性和活力。适应社会主义市场经济体制的教学管理体制。With the establishment of market economy and the re form of educational system in China, the credit system has caused broad interest and attention. The paper,based on relevant theory and trail in the Management Department of BUPE,made a discussion on the content,characteristics and effectiveness of the credit system. It has been proved that compared to the school year system,the credit system is a more active,flexible system, and is more suitalbe for socialist market economy.
