摘　　要：金刚石和类金刚石膜是当今材料界的研究热点之一，有着极其诱人的应用前景。本文简要综述了该膜系的发展过程和现在水平。并结合作者自己的研究工作，对膜系应用于扬声器振膜上以提高其高频响应范围的研究和应用工作进行较全面的调研，综述了国内外在该领域的最新进展。Diamond and diamond-like carbon filmis one of the materials studied most in the worldrecently.The applications of the films have a brightfuture.The development and the state of art of thefilms were reviewed in this paper.Combining withauthors'research work,we made a detailedinvestigation on the research and applications of thefilms used as tlie diaphragms of loudspeakers in orderto increase the upper limit of frequency responserangv The newest developments in this field werealec reviewed.
