摘  要:对绿茶连续逆流浸取的动力学问题进行了研究。用L型螺旋式连续逆流浸取器浸取绿茶时,浸取温度和水茶比对沿浸取器长度与浸汁浓度之间的相互关系有显著影响,但随浸取温度的升高,影响程度减弱,而浸取时间的影响不显著。获得的线性回归方程对该浸取器的设计很有价值。A study on the kinetica of the continuous counteflow extraction of green tea is discussed in this paper.When green tea was extracted in the L type screw contuiuous counteflow extiacter, the results showed that the extraction tempture and the ratio of water to green tea influnced prominently the relation between the length of the extracter and the concentration of soluble solid in the extraction liquid. The extraction tempture is higher, the effection is not more remarkable. But the extraction time has no conspicuous effect on the relation. It will be utilized to design the extracter for extracting green tea that the equation has been made by regression analysis.
