摘　　要：提出并证明了Ａ＝ＬＵ的充要条件，这里Ａ是ｎ×ｎ矩阵．Ｌ是单位下三角阵，Ｕ是上三角阵．In this paper,we present and proof the sufficient and necessary condition for the A=LU. where,A is a n×n matrix,L is an unit lower triangular matrix,U is anupper triangular matrix.
