慢性阻塞性肺部疾患缓解期患者血清氨基酸及微量元素分析

摘　　要：对２８例ＣＯＰＤ缓解期男性患者的血后分析发现，患者血清氨基酸含量与正常参考值比较无明显差别，支链氨基酸与芳香氨基酸比值也未见异常。血清微量元素含量，除锌、铬显著低于正常外（Ｐ＜０．０５），铁、铜、硒等元素的含量仍在正常范围内。erum amino acids and trace elements were analysed among 28 male stable COPD patients.Free amino acid levels were not significantly different from those of healthy referential people.The ratio of branched chain amino acids to aromatic amino acids was also in the normal range,in-dicating a relatively normal amino acid metabolism of the patients.The plasma concentrations of Zn￣(2+),Cr￣(2+)and Zn￣(2+)/Cu￣(2+) were significantly lower than thereferential values(P<0.05),but other trace elements such as Fe￣(2+), Cu￣(2+),Se￣(2+)were not abnor-mal.
