摘　　要：研究“国窖·1573”对血压和血脂及动脉粥样硬化的影响。结果表明,“国窖·1573”各酒度酒和对照酒45度对血压无显著性差异(P>0.05);“国窖·1573”45度酒及对照酒组与模型组比较,TG呈显著性差异(P<0.05及0.01),其余各用酒组与模型组比较,CHOL,HDL,LDL无显著性差异(P>0.05);各用酒组对动脉硬化病灶的影响无显著性差异。“国窖·1573”对血压和血脂影响不显著;能减轻动脉粥样硬化的形成和病变。The effects of “National Pits·1573” Liquor on blood pressure, blood fat and atheroscterosts were studiea. And the results were as follows： no significant difference of blood pressure between control group （“National Pits·1573” Liquor of different alcohol content） and contrast group （45% alcohol content） （P〉0.05）; significant difference of TG （P〈0.05 及 0.01 ）between the two groups; no significant difference of CHOL, HDL and LDL between the two groups; and no significant difference of the effects of the two groups on atherosclerosis ; insignificant effects of National Pits·1573 on blood pressure and blood fat but drinking the liquor could alleviate the formation and pathologic change of atherosclerosis. （Tran. by YUE Yang）
