摘　　要：本文探讨了面向学科的高校图书馆知识服务组织机制与服务内涵,提出支持学科知识服务的一种组织形式,即以“学科知识服务”为中心,以学科馆员为主体,将实体部门与虚拟组织相结合的团队式柔性组织模式并明确高校图书馆学科知识服务的主要内容:学科导航服务、定题知识服务、知识挖掘服务。This paper discusses the connotation and organizing mechanism of discipline knowledge service in college library. Morever, it puts forward an organizing form supporting discipline knowledge service, i.e. a soft team organizing model which centers on ＂discipline knowledge service＂, regards discipline librarian as the main body and combines entity section with virtual section ; Also explicits the main contents of discipline knowledge service： discipline navigation service, selective dissemination of knowledge, knowledge mining service.
