摘 要:教育的灵魂应该是“功在做人”,而人文教育的功能恰恰是使人成为人。教师教育就是培养教师,培养教师能够实现教育的终极目的——教人做人。教师要教人做人,自己必须首先成为人,而要成为人,则依赖于人文教育。人文教育是与人类的自我尊重、自我反省、自我关怀直接相关的教育,他使人们了解了世界,了解了祖国,了解了人类,了解了自己,了解了对社会的责任,从而使每一个人能够超越自己的个人利益,发展公民责任感和社会责任感,他能提高人们的思想格调,智力修养,纯洁人们的情趣,使人们超然物外,高瞻远瞩,最终获得造福人类社会的道德自觉,促进社会文明的发展。The essence of education should be “producing upright persons”, and the function of humanity education is just to convert natural man into social man. Teacher education is to cultivate teachers, and to cultivate teachers to realize the ultimate target of education -- to teach people how to be upright persons. To do this, the teacher must firstly be an upright person, who relies on humanity education. Humanity education directly relates to human dignity, self examination, self- eoneem. It enables people to understand themselves, the human world, their motherland, the world,and their responsibility to the society so that each person may go beyond one's individual interest in developing civic responsibility and social responsibility. It also enables the raising of people's taste and intellectual culture, purifies people's sentiment beyond material world to be higher in position and viewpoint. Ultimately the moral consciousness of hmnan society will be benefited and the development of social civic virtue will be promoted.
