摘　　要：《计算机应用基础》或《计算机文化基础》是高校大学生的第一门计算机课程,主要讲授计算机的初级知识,其受教对象是没有任何计算机基础知识的(零起点)学生。而在当今的信息时代,《计算机应用基础》无论在思想理念上,还是在讲授内容上都已经无法涵盖信息技术的基本知识。因此,大学的计算机基础课程的改革势在必行。Along with the rapid development of computer technology the applying basic courses of computer in universities and colleges should be improved and strengthened to gain the training goal of the basic education of computer of students and constantly raise the level of the basic education of computer. So, it is very urgent to reform the basic courses of computer in universities and colleges.
