摘　　要：高校师资队伍建设中,人力资源是第一资源、党管人才、以人为本、健康工作的四个理念,是新时期、新形势给高校师资队伍建设提出的新课题,也是高校师资队伍建设健康发展的必然选择,应引起我们的高度重视。In the construction of teaching staff in colleges and universities, special attention should be to it paid to four principles, namely,taking human resource as the first resource,putting talented personnel under our Party＇s control, taking people as anima, and working healthily,becansethey are new issues raised in new times and new situation,and they are also inexorable choices for the healthy development of the construction of teaching staff.
