摘　　要：本文以网上问卷调查为基本方法,在对问卷进行统计的基础上分析了网络教育学习支持服务系统的现状,对存在的问题进行了分析研究,并提出了进一步促进学校教育信息化建设的建议和措施,为加强和完善我院的教学和支持服务系统奠定基础。One of the primary method used in this paper is questionnaire online. Based on the statistics of the questionnaire, the paper summarizes the current circumstances about the Service System for Network Education and Learning of our school. It analyzes the existing problems, proposes the advice on how to develop the construction of informational school, and lays the foundations to enhance the Service System for Network Education and Learning.
