摘 要:目的探讨分析化学实验半微量化的可能性。方法将参加分析化学实验的学生分成两组,一组按照常规方法进行实验,一组按照设计的半微量方法进行实验,比较两组的实验结果,并进行统计检验。结果经统计方法检验,两种方法的实验结果没有显著性差异。结论分析化学实验半微量化是可行的,不仅有利于培养学生的基本实验操作技能,而且能够节约教学资源,减少环境污染。Objective To study the possibility of semi micro - analysis in analytical chemistry experiment. Methods The students were divided into two groups to do experiments, one group doing the experiment with macro analysis method while the other group with designed method of semi micro analysis. Then, the two groups' data were tested with statistics analysis method. Results The result indicates that there are no significant difference between macro analysis and semi micro analysis. Conclusions Semi micro analysis in analytical chemistry experiment is feasible. It will play an important role in training students in their basic experimentation technique, in cutting down experimental expense, and in reducing environment pollution.
