摘　　要：道德是文化的灵魂,是文明的核心,道德进步决定着精神文明和先进文化建设的性质和方向,在当代中国,建设先进文化,发展先进文化,就必须加强公民道德建设,逐步建立并不断完善与社会主义市场经济相适应的社会主义道德体系,努力提升全社会的道德水平,提高全民族的道德素质。The morality is the soul and core of the culture. The moral progress decides the characteristics and direction of the spiritual culture and construction of advanced culture. In contemponary China, the construction of citizen＇ morality should procede the construction and the development of the advanced culture. It is essential to establish and perfect the socialist moral system which matches the socialist market economy,promote the moral level of the whole society and improve the morality of the Whole people.
