摘  要:该文采用丙酮作为提取剂,依据色价E与透过率T的数学公式:分别测定各提取液的透过率,根据提取液透过率大小的比较,说明溶液被提取辣椒红的程度。经正文实验提出了优化工艺条件,产品收率达3.5%,色价E=161,产品质量超过国内外标准,具有推广应用价值。he acetone is used as an extracting agent.According to the following formula of colour volue with penetracethe penetrance of the extractine was measured. By comparison of the penetratiOn numberof different extracting solutions,the lerel of the extraled red pepper pigment was stated,The optimum technological condition has been offered by means of crossing tests。The results were obtained 3.5% yield and E = 161.The quality of the products has exceededboth the domestic and foreign standard.The proccess is of practical use and further popularization.
