摘　　要：果茶中展青霉素含量的高效液相色谱测定祁广建，沈国英，杨新民，王玉珠（大连市卫生防疫站大连１１６０２１）（大连大学医学专科学校大连１１６０１２）１前言展青霉素（ｐａｔｕｌｉｎ，下称ｐａｔ）是由青霉和某些曲霉所产生的有毒代谢产物，有“三致”作用，存在于水...n HPLC procedure is described in this paper for the determination of patulin in nectar. The method con-sists of solvent extraction and chromatographic separation,The conditions of HPLC were column; Zorbax-C_8( 5μm) at 35℃; mobile phase :AcCN/water(5/95,V/V); and detector UV275nm. The detection limit was0. 1μg/mL,the linear range was 0.5～2. 5μg and average recovery was 96.54±2.27%.
