摘　　要：本文进一步讨论了ｐ－拟正规子群的性质及其对群结构的影响，给出了ｐ－拟正规子群的若干充分条件，讨论了ｐ－拟正规子群与特征子群Ｏ_ｐ（Ｇ）之间的关系，还讨论了某些有极大子群ｐ－拟正规的群的结构。In this paper,we futher investigate the properties of p-quasi-normal subgroups and how the structure of a group G is influenced by the p-quasi-normal subgroups of G.Many sufficient conditions are provided,the relation between the p-quasinormal subgroup of a group G and the characteristic subgroup Op (G) of G is established,and the structures for some groups with maximal subgroups which are p-quasi-normal are explored.
