摘　　要：开展网上思想政治工作作为21世纪高校思想政治工作的一个新途径,为加强和改进高校思想政治工作带来了机遇。文章在阐述开展网上思想政治工作的意义的基础上,网上思想政治工作的具体措施,并且着重指出,高校教师自身素质的提高,是实施高校网上思想政治工作的关键。Launching the online ideological and political work, as a new way of university＇s ideological and political work in the 21st century, brings an opportunity for strengthening and improving university＇s ideological and political work. The article is on the basis of explaining the meaning of the online ideological and political work and its concrete measure to improve university teachers＇ own quality pointed out emphatically, which is the key to implement university＇s online ideological and political work.
