摘　　要：乳铁蛋白是哺乳动物乳中的生物活性物质,研究讨论了从牛初乳中分离乳铁蛋白的工艺。牛初乳经过离心脱脂得到脱脂乳,加入带羧甲基的弱酸性阳离子交换剂CM-SepharoseFastFlow在4℃下进行动态吸附,用去离子水将没有吸附上的杂蛋白冲洗掉,然后使用1.6%和5%的NaCl溶液进行阶跃洗脱;经过两步阶跃洗脱得到的乳铁蛋白纯度可达95%以上。The Lactoferrin is the living beings active material in me mammal mamma ,and the original mainly talked about the technology of Lactoferrin departs from bovine colostrum.The bovine colostrum obtains the skimmed milk after being at odds with the community to degrease, and accedes to brining Qiang＇s methyl weak acid cation exchange dose a CM - Sepharose Fast Flow being living to carry on static state below 4℃s adsorbing; In the way of leave ion water shall not there is, and sundry albumen on the sticking rinses, afterwards employ the NaCl＇s liquor of 1.5% and 5% to carry on the stairs and jumps to wash comeing off ; After two jumps wash to come off over the Lactoferrin pureness attainability 95% of mamma that obtains.
