摘　　要：沈阳药科大学基础药学理科基地紧紧围绕研究型药学创新人才培养的目标,八年来不断深化教学改革, 创新人才培养模式,建立了全新的高层次、高素质、研究型的创新人才培养体系,取得了比较显著的人才培养成果。The Science Base of Basic Pharmacy at Shenyang Pharmaceutical University aims at cultivating research-oriented pharmaceutical talents with innovation abilities. The Base makes some prominent achievements through the teaching methods reform, the innovation of talents training modes and the building of talents training system in the past eight years.
