摘　　要：良好的教师素质是教育教学行为顺利实现的保证,因此,要从德、才、识、学诸方面全面提高教师的素质。The teacher＇ s good diathesis is the garantee for the education to put into effect,so, we have to make the teacher to have aprogress in morality ability education diathesis and allthe other fields.
