试论高校教学督导的作用及方式

摘　　要：教学督导是高校提高教学质量的重要措施之一,它对各高等学校的教学质量和人才培养质量起着重要的监控作用,对高校教学督导作用的认识必须以教学实践和督导工作实践为基础,才能进一步发挥教学督导的监督和引导功能;本文就高等学校教学督导的必要性、作用及方式进行了一些初步的探讨和分析。Teaching supervision is a very important measure in the improvement of the teaching quality. It has played a significant supervision role to teaching quality and talent fostering quality of universities. On the understand that university＇s the function of teaching supervision ,We must regard teaching practice and teaching supervision as the foundation that could play further to supervise and guide function. Necessity , function and way of teaching supervision institution of higher education have carried on some elementary discussion and analysis in this paper.
