摘　　要：高等教育大众化不仅仅是人才数量的增多,更重要的是人才质量的提高。而课程设置的合理与否,课程内容质量的高低,课程实施是否有效等,都直接关系到人才的质量。因此,树立正确的课程观,积极推进课程改革,是高等教育大众化背景下不容忽视的问题。Mass Higher Education is not only the quantity of talents but also the quality of talents. The intellectual quality is related with the composition of the curriculum, the contents of the curriculum, and the exercise of the curriculum. Therefore, landing a right idea of curriculum and promoting the development of the curriculum are the most important tactics under mass higher education.
