摘 要:目的:建立保健油脂中多不饱和脂肪酸及角鲨烯的GC/MS分析方法.方法:多不饱和脂肪酸以KOH-甲醇法进行甲酯化,用异辛烷提取多不饱和脂肪酸甲酯,经HP-FFAP石英毛细管柱分离,用气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)进行定性﹑定量分析.结果:5种多不饱和脂肪酸及角鲨烯的标准溶液浓度在 0.025~0.40 mg/ml 范围内线性关系良好,相关系数 r >0.9990;加标平均回收率范围为 94.9%~101%;相对标准偏差(RSD)<5%.结论:本方法简便快速,准确可靠,适用于保健油脂中多不饱和脂肪酸及角鲨烯的检测.Objective :To develop a method for analyzing the multi-unsaturated fatty acids in healthy oils by GC/MS. Meth- ods: The multi - unsaturated fatty acids was fist methylated with potassium hydroxide - methanol ( KOH - MeOH), extracted by iso-octane, isolated by HP - FFAP silica capillary column, identified and determined by gas chromatograph equipped with mass spectrometer. Results:The calibration curves were linear within the ranges of 0. 025 - 0. 40 mg/ml for all standard solution, relative coefficient was over 0. 9990;The average recoveries ranged from 94.9% to 101% ; Precisions (RSD) were under 5% for all the analyzed components. Condusion:The method was simple, rapid, accurate, and suitable for the determination of mulit - unsaturated fatty acids in healthy oils.
