摘  要:用生物活性酶化溶解法,使猪血中红血球裂解,转化成活性酶化血红素,将它与VC、VB2同时加入饲料进行小白鼠喂养试验,一定时间后与对照组血红蛋白进行比较,结果有显著性差异(T值3.72,P〈0.001);解剖并称量其胸腺,实验组比对照值重6.0mg;同时把活性酶血红素加入面包中,让小学生连续服用20~40d,服用后与服用前血红蛋白进行比较结果有显著性差异(T值7.41,P〈0.001)。The erythrocytes in coagulated pig blood were cracked and were transformed into heme with bioactive enzyme. The heme, ascorbic acid and vitamin B2 were put into forage at the same time, some mouse were fed with the forage, hemoglobin in the test mouse was compared with that of the mice of control group after certain time, the result showed that there was a marked difference( T Value:3.72, P 〈 0.001 ). The mice were anatomized and the thymuses were weighed, the weigh of the thymus from the test mice is 6mg heavier than that from the mice of the control group. The enzymolysis heme was put into bread, some pupils ate the breads continuously for 20 ~ 40d. There was marked difference in the heme content between the pupils who ate the bread and those who did not eat ( T Value:7.41, P 〈 0.001). Therefore, it is a effective method for pupils to prevent and cure the disease of irom-defi- ciency anaemia by eating animal blood. The method is worth further researching.
