摘  要:21世纪初的中国课改实验及其推广工作目前进展顺利,但基层教育工作者在认识上尚存在一些问题。问题的根源在于对课改新理念理解认识得不够,以致课改新理念尚未变为引导大家行动的指南。因此,我们应采取积极措施,帮助基层教育工作者更新观念,建立与课改相适应的新的教育教学评价机制,以促进新课程改革的深入发展。The experiment of curriculum reform and its expansion are carrying on smoothly at the beginning of 21^st century of China, but the educators at the basic level still have some ideological problems. The cause root lies in the fact that they don' t have a good understanding of the new ideas of curriculum reform so that the reforming ideas haven' t played their role of guiding people' s action. Therefore, we should take active measures to help the educators update their ideas, establish the new educational and teaching evaluating mechanism in accordance with the curriculum reform to further the development of the new curriculum reform.
