摘　　要：讨论了原料奶中药物残留对人类健康以及乳制品加工造成的危害,介绍了中国大陆和香港两地关于原料奶中药物残留的相关规定,提出了控制供港原料奶中药物残留的5项措施,包括提高饲养和防疫管理水平、规范兽药管理、加强牛群管理、使用高效低毒的药物以及加强药残检测。This paper discussed the hazards of veterinary drug residues to human being and the process of dairy products . It described the relative regulations of veterinary drug residues in raw milk of mainland and Hongkong , proposed five measures to control the veterinary drug residues in raw milk , including improving the management level of feeding and epidemic prevention ,standardization of the management of veterinary drugs,strengthening the management of the cattle, using good effective veterinary drugs with low toxicity and strengthening the determination of veterinary drug residues.
