摘 要:新型光纤作业系统是一个涉及多门学科知识并含有多项新技术的高技术集成系统,它可以完成光纤对接、耦合等多项复杂作业任务。该系统能够进行6自由度光纤定位、耦合,具有图像清晰、定位迅速、精确,适合于高精度复杂作业等优点。对该系统中主要的关键技术进行了深入研究,这些技术中包括精密并联机器人定位精度保证技术、光纤显微图像处理和测量技术等。试验结果表明:系统完全可以满足光纤作业高精度技术指标的要求,而且这些技术具有单元性、模块化程度高等特点,因而还可以应用于其他工程领域。The novel system of fiber operation is high-technique integration, which involves in many subjects and is made up of several new techniques. It may finish several complicated fiber operations of aligning and coupling. The system possesses many virtues, which may go to orientation of six fi'ee of degrees quickly and accurately, possess image in focus and fit for complicated operations of high precision. The key techniques of the system are studied in detail. It includes these techniques mainly, which may ensure accurate orientation of high precision parallel robot, dispose of fiber micrograph and measure its parameters. The experimental results demonstrate that the system may satisfy entirely high technical request of fiber operation and these techniques possess unit point and modularization, hence they may be used in other engineering.
