摘　　要：江西师大把成人高等学历教育作为学校人才培养结构的重要组成部分,作为学校服务社会、服务经济、服务广大群众的平台,学校以科学的发展现为指导,通过教育管理体制、教学管理机制、人事制度的改革创新,全面推进学校成人高等学历教育可持续发展。Jiangxi Normal University takes the adult education as an important part in the genius-training structure and a platform of serving society, economy and the public. Guided by a scientific view of development, the university promotes the sustainable development of adult education through the education-administering system and the reform and innovation of the personnel system.
