摘　　要：高职院校应依据人才培养工作水平评估方案,在发展目标、类型、层次、办学形式、服务面向等五个方面科学定位,明确方向,促进自身建设与发展。Higher vocational colleges and universities should make a scientific placement in such five aspects as objective, type, stratification, form and service object according to Talents Training Level Assessment Program. They should be specifically oriented in order to promote their building and development.
