摘  要:应用正交试验设计法,以制胶废水为主要原料,选用酒曲为菌种来源进行生料发酵生产单细胞蛋白。通过对乳清摇瓶发酵条件包括糖含量、培养时间、接种量的优化,以便在最佳的发酵条件下获取最多的单细胞蛋白。结果表明,发酵的最佳条件为:糖含量0.08g/mL(蔗糖),接种量2%(酒曲),培养时间72h。在此条件下,所产的菌体粗蛋白含量为5.16%(w/w),菌体生物量(湿重)为79.20g/L,发酵液的pH为3.8,其发酵液可作为生物凝固剂凝固胶乳,减少凝固用酸的量。The production of single-cell-protein (SCP) by koji fermentation of natural rubber waste serum was studied. The effects of sucrose concentration in the medium, inoculation quantity and cultural time on the biomass content (i.e. SCP) of the cultural broth were investigated. The results showed that the optimal medium formula and fermentation conditions were that the rubber waste serum contained 8 % of sucrose with its initial pH being 5.7, was inoculated with 2 % ofkoji and fermented for 72 hrs. Under the optimal conditions, the cultural broth produced 79.2 g/L of biomass (wet weight), which contained up to 5.16 % of SCP (w/w). The final pH of the cultural broth was 3.8, which was an ideal biological coagulant for curdling natural latex with minimum usage of acid.
