摘　　要：研究了一类具有转移条件的S turm-L iouv ille问题,建立了一个与其相关的新的空间框架,给出了最大算子域和最小算子域,证明具有分离边界条件的这类微分算子是自共轭算子.A class of Sturm-Liouville problems with transmission conditions is investigated. By constructing a new space frame associated with them,the domains of maximal operator and minimal operator are given ,and prove this class of differential operators with separated boundary conditions is proved to be self-adjoint.
