高大平房仓稻谷储藏品质变化规律的探讨

摘　　要：在高温高湿的重庆地区,新收获的稻谷在高大平房仓中储藏39个月,对其品质变化情况进行布点扦样检测,从结果分析来看,仓内各处稻谷的劣变速度不一致。粮面下0.5 m以内和靠近仓墙的稻谷劣变速度较快,粮面下0.5 m以内的劣变速度又快于靠近墙部分的稻谷。In Chongqing area with high temperature and humidity, grain freshely harvested was stored in large warehouse for 39 months, the quality of grain was determined by taking sample. The results showed that the aging speed of the grain under 0.5m of the grain surface and near the wall were fast, while the grain under 0.5m of the grain surface was faster than that of near the wall.
