摘　　要：本文探讨了提高医学生临床实践教学过程中出科考核的质量,重视并规范实施实习生出科考核、科学合理设计出科考试和毕业考试的内容和方法等,全面引导学生积极主动地进行临床综合能力的训练,取得了较好的效果。The article discusses how to improve the quality of departmental rotation examination for the students practicing in hospitals. It probes into the standardization and scientific design of departmental rotation examination and graduation examination as well as teachers＇ role in providing guidance and motivating students to take part in comprehensive training of competence actively.
