摘　　要：本文从加强医学创新人才培养的角度出发,阐述了实施本科生导师制的重要性,在分析和总结导师制具体实施以来所取得的成绩和存在的问题的基础上,对探索适合本院院情的本科生导师制提出了对策。This paper expressed the importance of tutorial system in training undergraduate students, from the point that it cultivated and strengthened medical students with creative ability, Analyzing and summarizing the achievement and existed problem of tutorial system,and put forward new countermeasure applicable to undergraduate students supervising of our college students,
