摘  要:随着夏季的来临,各种饮料的竞争开始进入白热化阶段.市场上的饮用水、碳酸饮料、茶饮料、果汁饮料等纷纷打出广告、寻求最佳卖点.而乳酸菌饮料的出现,更像一匹"黑马",以其独有的口感和品质在饮料市场上掀起了一阵阵"冲击波".辗转于北京几个大型超市卖场,你不难看到消费者的推车或购物筐内采购的不同品牌的各类乳酸饮料的身影.The survey of domestic dairy maket in the first quarter of 2005 shows that the nationally total sales volume of laclobacillus dairy maket exceeds 1 billion RMB in the first quarter for the first time and continues to keep the maket to increase over the speed of 35%,Related officials of China National Council of Light Industry showed their optimism to China's lactobacillus beverege industry in the "Internatinal Symposium on Lactobacillus and Health" held in a few days ago.They thought that large demand soace and market opportunity lied in lactobacillus beverage in China.Therefore,how to speed up develcopment of lactobacillus beverage in domestic markets has become a problan lactobacillus enterprises are jaintly confronted with.
