摘 要:我国是粮食生产和消费的大国,其中大米的年产量1.7亿吨以上,玉米的产量达到1.3亿吨,还包括了大量其它的俗称五谷杂粮的粮食作物,如小麦,高粱等.It is one of the major ways for accelerating grain consumption and also the important way to open up liquid food assortment to produce it in liquid-emulsification way. Grain liquid-emulsification production can not only improve dietary nutrition structure of people, but also increase the added value of grain raw materials. The market of this kind of product and analysis of relevant specification requirement were expounded in detail in this article.
