摘　　要：本文介绍了以学习者为中心的课堂特点,分析在这种课堂模式下英语教师的地位和作用,以及为激发学习者学习的主动性和独立性教师应采取的手段和方法。The author in this paper introduces the features of classroom teaching centering students, analyzes the function and position of English teachers in this mode, and points out the measures teachers should take to encourage the initiative and independence of students.
