摘　　要：马齿苋是一种珍贵的野生植物资源,被营养学家誉为21世纪最有前途的绿色食品之一,作为新型的食物源,越来越引起人们的关注。现对马齿苋的生物学特性、资源分布、化学成分、功能特性,以及目前马齿苋的研究及开发利用概况作一综述。Regarded as one of the most prospective green food in 21 century by nutritionist, Portulaca oleracea L. is a kind of valuable wild vegetable source, to which is widely paid more and more attention. This article summaries about the biological characters, resource distribution, chemical composition of Portulaca oleracea L . The survey and exploitation on Portulaca oleracea L is also introduced. The value of studying on the wild plant , Portulaca oleracea L, is deeply expatiated.
