摘  要:首先论述了冷连轧机板形板厚解耦控制的必要性,然后针对当前板形板厚解耦控制大多针对动态轧制过程的现状,提出板形板厚解耦设定补偿的思想,它包括预设定补偿和自适应穿带解耦控制。预设定补偿是解决设定过程中弯辊力对板形板厚耦合系统的影响;自适应穿带解耦控制是针对穿带过程中轧制力预报不精确的板形板厚解耦方法。It is important to decouple strips gauge and flatness in tandem cold mill because of characteristics of cold mill. Now the focus of decoupling strips gauge and flatness is on the actual process of rolling steel, but the decoupling should be considered in setting before the actual process of rolling steel. So the decoupling compensa- ting of setting and the adaptive decoupling when the strip is through tandem cold mill are raised. The decoupling compensating of setting solved the problem of influence the pressure of bend roller upon the decoupling system of Strips Gauge and Flatness, and the adaptive decoupling is a kind of decoupling method that is solving the imprecision of rolling pressure when the strip is through tandem cold mill.
