摘 要:目的查明引发23名病人住院的中毒原因.方法采用流行病学调查方法进行调查;用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)检测采集到的可疑中毒样品.结果23名中毒住院的病人都进食了来自同一个体肉贩的猪肉或内脏,从采集的剩余猪肉和内脏样品中,检测到浓度为35.7~75.6μg/kg的盐酸克伦特罗残留,剩余猪肺汤中检测到浓度为2.53 mg/L盐酸克伦特罗残留.结论 23人食物中毒是食用喂养了含克伦特罗饲料的猪肉而引起的.根据中毒情况及发生原因提出预防的设想和做法.[ Objective] To investigate the cause for the poisoning of 23 hospitalized patients. [ Methods] Epidemiological method was applied for investigation; HPLC method was applied for detecting the suspected poison samples. [ Results] All the 23 patients had eaten the pork and organs bought from the same peddler; from the remained pork and organ samples, Clenbuterol hydrochloride was detected with a concentration of 35.7 - 75.6 μg/kg. [ Conclusion] The food poisoning among the 23 patients was caused by the pork that contained the remains of Clenbuterol hydrochloride from feedstuff.
