摘　　要：本文总结了儿科学系建设精品课程的思路和方法,将整个《儿科学》教学过程分为课堂理论讲授(实施双语教学)、床旁教学(开展PBL教学)和临床实习(采用病案教学模式)三个阶段,目的是逐步形成讲授、质疑、讨论、实践有机结合,加强讨论与实践,建立新型的儿科临床医学教学模式。The article sums up the thinking and methods of the top - quality courses of Pediatrics constructed by the pediatric bedsided teaching （PBL courses） and clinical training. The aim of the courses is to combine gradually lecture, question, discussion and practice, encourage active discussion, emphasize clinical ability and establish a new teaching method of pediatrics.
