摘　　要：现代教育理念必将引起课堂教学的彻底变革,必将对教师的综合素质提出更高的要求。一方面要精心设计课堂教学内容,构建合理的知识结构;另一方面要坚持教法立足于学法的基础上改进教学方法,充分利用现代化教学技术与方法,最终提高教学质量,培养出高素质的人才。It is certain that modern education concept will make classroom teaching transform totally, and will set more requirements for the overall ability of teachers. On the one hand, teach ers should make good preparation for their lectures, designing the content of courses elaborately, organizing the knowledge will be taught well. On the other hand, the improvement of teaching method should be based on how students will lean and how stu dents can understand well. Making good use of modern teaching tech nique and improving the quality of teaching will improve the students＇ overall ability and offer the society people with high talent.
