摘　　要：对食品工艺实验课程面向市场经济发展需求进行了教学改革探索,实践证明改革增强了学生适应市场需求的能力,明显提高了教学质量。Research on the teaching reform of course of food processing experiment for request of the market. The practice improves： it shows that refom improves students＇ ability adapting to the market need and obviously improves the teaching＇s effect.
