摘　　要：研究了国内外对香蕉皮的利用状况,分析了各种利用方法的特点,为香蕉深加工企业充分利用资源保护环境提供了参考.In this study, the use state of banana peel at home and abroad was studied , various kinds of characteristics of utilizing method was analyzed . The reference was offered for the deep processing enterprise of banana that fully utilized resources and protected the environment.
